Credit card charge not authorized
We just noticed on our Visa Statement a charge in U.S. dollar amount for $80.95 from DRI*TREND MICRO LUXEMBOURG. We never ordered anything from this company nor did we give our permission or CC# to allow them to debit our account . I want this charge reversed immediately. We have called our Credit card company and have put in a complaint and dispute regarding this charge.

Charge of $129.90 on Visa account
Hello ,
We have noticed on our Visa Statement a charge of $129.90 from Dri*Trend Micro Luxemburg LU....We did not give permission to debit our account....We used Trend Micro for an earlier computer but have upgraded to a MacBook Pro for some time now.
Please have this charge reversed.Thankyou.

bonjour,
je viens de constater que Dri*trend Softw Luxembourg à débiter sur ma mastercarte tout d'abord 110,00 euros, puis 49,95euros, alors que je n'ai jamais fais l'objet d'achat, ni signé aucune autorisation de prélèvement. comment puis je me faire rembourser?
