SIGN UP FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
I've not experienced Drive Time as a consumer. I was used as a reference for a friend when she purchased the car. Later when the car was repo'ed they sent her a letter via email saying they spoke to me for the info & were going to pay me $500. This was completely false information as I never spoke to them. They caused a 25 year friendship to completely dissolve due to their lies. I called all the names and numbers I could see on the information sent to the repo victim & was told all the forms with my name on them were fakes...but I truly believe they did send them to the customer. So now they ruin the credit of my once long time friend & the reputation of someone who was simply used as a reference, not even a consumer of their shooty business practices...sad.

I've had my car for 4 months. Since day 1 the turning signals work when they want & my saleslady said it would be fixed by warranty since it was a safety issue. I am still fighting to this day to get this fixed. now my car is in the shop for a motor mount, pulleys and a list of other things including bearings in which they are fighting me to cover! this place is shady & i literally want to drive it through the corporate building. they call me everyday to collect payment even though they said they could defer 2 payments so i could fix it myself. i hate this place & they are making my life a living hell. i literally dont even care if they take it back & it goes on my credit. save me the hassle everyday!

I want to join the class action lawsuite
I purchased my car from drivetime on 01/05/19 on 02/14/19 the radiator busted, that warranty is bullshit. By 02/27/19 I had to put 4 oxygen sensors on my truck (not covered in this bullshit warranty) The check engine light is still on turns out I need a catalytic converter... my issue is they sell you a vehicle under false pretenses. I was told my vehicle had a 100 point inspection not true.. from purchase my rear driver tire requires air every 2 days. Today I get to work and my truck is smoking from under the hood. Turns out apparently someone previously replaced the heater core but they didn't properly install it. So once again I am unable to drive my car but Bridgecrest makes sure they get paid. It's all bullshit. If you are thinking of getting a car from drivetime, if your state has a car-Mart go there instead. The best part is the Drivetime here in Arkansas permanently closed sometime in January 2019 no warning, so I really feel screwed... Drivetime should be shut down!!!
