DSM Supply is a fraudulent company
Beware of DSM Supply! These guys have charged me a ridiculous price for shipping - 124 dollars!! I called them about this and they said they'll knock off sixty dollars! Just like this! Seems like the shipping charges are just random. Beware of this company!

Bad practice
This company should be out of business long ago. They got so many complaints at BBB in the state of Texas. I wish I checked that out first. We never received all of our orders. They charged our credit card full.They refused to return the calls (after 8 calls), and lie to customers. On top of it, the person who answered the phone, Jessica, hanged up on customers. Wow! this is the business practice! they do? Save your money and time and do business with other company.

Dishonest and disrespectful
I ordered pillows in December 2019 and I have not receive my pillows as of June 10, 2020. I have called over and over and Jessica has been very dishonest and disrespectful to me. Today when I call she hung up on me. and still I have no lumbar pillows. Does anyone know the owner of this company? Please be careful ordering from this company
