Items never recieved & refund never issued
I also had a problem in 2011. I waited 5 1/2 weeks for a ring that was more than $1000.00 and had spoken to Cust. Svc. once. It is VERY hard to reach their Cust. Svc. I contacted my credit card company with Citibank and told them I no longer was willing to wait for my ring. They were very nice & gave me a temporary credit immediately while they investigated my casewhich was closed in my favor in about a month. They did ALL the work for me. Several years ago I purchased several other rings from DSN and I had a problem receiving one of them and had to cancel that order the same way. However, the ones I did receive are the MOST BEAUTIFUL ones I ever owned. Their prices and quality are unsurpassed. It's a shame that their REPS NEVER ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR FASTER DELIVERY. I didn't order ofen and each time I asked if I could have faster delivery they said yes, but it's too late now because I processed your order already! This happened about five times! I have Cablevision and noticed they are no longer on tv in my area.

I can only say "I know the felling, I purchased a diamond parcel in June of 2011, waited 6 weeks no parcel I called they were on back order, so I canceled the order got house credit, stupid me. I tried to purchase other items again waiting, so I called told them to cancel everything, you got they finally sent them, 3 parcels of stones which would have made us even $316.95, opened the package was suppose to be stones matched to make your own pair of stud earrings, most of them wasn't large enough to even be an accent stone. Returned them according to their rules, that's the kicker "Their rules" Well here I sit still trying to get my money I have called .text, even texted the California Attorney General They did text back back & said they would send them a letter & let them know they need to take care of the situation. Well you guessed it, no reply from dsn, but I'm still calling & texting, being hung up on & broken promises they would process my money within 2 days time. that was 3 promises ago. they are frauds, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I shopped with DSN for about five years, I was extremely pleased with the jewelry and gemstones. January or February last year ordered jewelry that was not to call the advertised, sent the jewelry it would take 2 to 3 months to get satisfaction. In May of last year I sent jewelry back did not receive repairs or the jewelry asked for a refund asked for a refund 4, 920.64, as of today I'm still waiting for my timely refund. Also have nine pieces of jewelry has not been issued to me worth $6350. It seems to me they must be going bankrupt. I called numerous times was on hold anywhere from an hour to three hours to talk to customer service person. Every time I talk to one of them they said they', it will be two weeks it will be two weeks, it seems like to me they forgot to tell me what year what two weeks there was talk about. Do not I'll repeat do not buy anything from this company they will and have ripped me off and they will rip you off.

They owe me over 1200 dollars ( I tried to cancel an order immediately after I placed it...received a credit) So I tried to use the credit on a new purchase and I later found that I had been charged AGAIN and my credit wasn't used) I have also called numerous times and they promise they will put the money in my account this has been going on over 2 years.. I am getting ready to turn it over to an attorney. I am [email protected] together we are stronger...right?
