denial of payment
Denial of payment despite all the evidences
Having paid my subscription using my online banking facilities and sent DSTV an email confirmation of the payment, they claim not to have received the payment made, I then sent them a copy of my bank statement clearly reflecting the payment but again they claimed not to have received it. They have asked me to go to the bank and obtain the statement which will convince them that the payment was made, I did that and sent them a copy of the document clearly detailing the transaction made on that day and yet again DSTV are saying that their bank did not receive that payment. Now DSTV are asking me to enquire again with my bank, I have already done so 2 times and there is no reason to doubt on the base of all the evidence presented that this payment didn't go through.
I am absolutely frustrated by all this and I feel as a customer, I should not be expected to be the intermediary between banks on transfers to reassure DSTV about a certain payment, all I could do is provide all the evidence of the payment and it is up to their finance team and bank to determine what's wrong and provide me in return with evidence of payment failure.
Anyway I honestly don't think they care enough about their customers with their senseless approach and I think is really a daylight robbery for paying something that you supposed to be enjoying but instead you are begging for service

No Rugby world Cup
Hi
I just want to know why can I not see the Rugby world Cup on my DSTV. I mean it is World Cup. Every year when there is other World Cups like Soccer it is available. I am really unhappy with DSTV and I will not recommend to anyone if there is nothing going to happen. You also going to lose me as a customer as soon as my contract ends.

bad service
I changed my Dstv date of payment in August i was paying on the 20th of the month i changed to last day of the month but the consultant who assisted me failed to ammend because my services were disconnected and it was an inconviniece to me as i was told by the dstv consultant that everything is updated.This month of which is September i experienced the same problem on the 24 of this month it was disconnected again and i called again but Yossin Rabikisson he is the only consultant who was able to assist me he updated the dates and he reconnected the service for me and confirmed that payment date will be last day of the month to my suprise this morning the service was disconnected again and when i call to check what happend because i know that have to pay on the 30th of this but GUESS what???I spoke to the consultant she failed to assist me and she reffered me to the manager by the name of Thabang Manzane he is very rude,he doesn"t understand the problem but instead he is quick to respond how is he gonna help without understanding my problem i felt that he incompetent because you cannot argue with a client without understanding the root cause so i am suprised that in this big company the only person who can assist us is Yossin Rabiksson and what made me angry is that they were sending me from pillar to post for over 30 minutes with my own airtime is it fair????Sometimes we get angry when people say black people they dont know their job but guess what today after so many years i had to agree.Dstv has a lot of illiterate Consultant i am so disappointed i even want cancel should you wish to communicate with me contact me on ********** ,during the day call me on ********** .

Removal of the history Channel
How dare you cancel the history Channel, one of the last good channels left on this deteriorating excuse of an overpriced TV service, ridiculous. I'll be canceling my subscription at the end of this month. The only thing you have going is sports, which I can stream for a whopping R 190.00 per month plus a R 800.00 rand uncapped intentet line with 1000 other channels from around the world. Disgusting that you would actually decide that this is the channel that should be removed, considering there are at least 40 other channels that no one watches. Greed will be the downfall of Dstv.
