Wrong billing and bullying tactics (Case ref number: #8598532)
Anthony M | 15 Aug 2019, 09:53
Multichoice don't seem to be taking me serious, because this matter has been dragging since April 2018 when they claimed for the first time I am owing since 2016. Yet, I furnished them with an email from the Billing Dept., confirming a credit in March 2017.
See case ref number: #8598532."Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am currently disconnected and could not make headway with the two consultants (Andile and Matsakane) I spoke to for over 20 minutes, respectively yesterday morning. The phone was dropped after holding for 15minutes for Andile and Matsakane after 20 minutes said she will look into the history of the latest price lock and hopefully revert by end of business day, yesterday. I am still waiting. This is on an outstanding debt of R4445.63 which was loaded without my knowledge.
On engaging with different people, Ms Ayanda Mnguni managed to get the billing department to respond and sort out the discrepancies."Sent: Mon, Mar 13, 2017 at 14:20
Subject:Re: Payment Plan Query [#8598532] However, you can still reconnect your services anytime to view until your next payment date because you have credit of R448.30 on your DSTV account.''
I then took out the second price lock which concluded at the end of May 2019 and this can be accredited to Ms. Mnguni. Not the same can be said about Ms. Faith Riba who to date has not given feedback, instead, she was very arrogant upon my visit to the Multichoice office in Randburg.
