Unprofessionalism
Hi,
My name is Shirley from Coventry.I happen to visit Dulux Centre,Coventry (Holbrooks) this morning.I was served by John.
John happens to be a sales assistant.He didn't represent the company at all.As unprofessional as he was,he went to the extent of using the "F" word not once but twice on me.
I then reported the matter to his manager,Lou.She was no different.Not willing to accept her colleagues inappropriate behaviour towards a customer.Hence,no apology rendered to me after all that I received from John.
Just because I was not sure what type of paint to purchase,I seemed to be taking much time and this got John angry.
Well,the bottom line is why would a customer be disrespected to this level?
I am really not sure if John was trained for his job in the first place.
I would appreciate that the management re-train all staff and this must be done regularly as Customer service is paramount to every successful business.
