Bad Service
HI ALL,
I witnessed the most upsetting level of service from a very unprofessional from Area Technical Manager (Akzo Nobel).
A few years ago I purchased exterior wall paint.I cleaned,primed and painted the wall like any normal human being.Recently we experienced some heavy rains and the Dulux paint began to chip ,crack and started pealing after the rains.Akzo came out and already started giving me a pitch about the product. Talking about other clients,alot of people and most cases....making statements that the product never fails.I found him quite rude and not being able to see a simple problem.He started alot of deflecting by making contradictory statements.I found it to be quite alarming.It came across like a sales pitch.I realized that by him not admitting that the product had a fault, Dulux maintains a higher level in the market.He also then rudely told me to get another company of which I would need to pay for. When you purchase a premium product you should receive, Professionalism,service,empathy and a personal touch.Not a cold,blunt and closed mindedness.
Please send me a more senior person to handle this
