Sent broken Junk

They sent me a completely broken piece of rattling junk! I paid $100 for this watch and waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive, contrary to the 5-7 business days they said! No one hardly ever answers the chat online or when you phone they don't seem to really know what is going on. They said I ordered two watches and I did not! As far as a return on this watch she didn't have a clue really as to what the process is - said they will ship me out a new one and I will get an email in a couple of days! What???? How do I know the next watch is going to be decent? Very disappointed.
