Cheap quality products
All the products that this company sells come from China. They are cheap and not safe. Beware of them, and don’t spend your money there. When we received the order, it was damaged in the first place. But also, it looked like you would not use them even if they were delivered in perfect condition.

We were highly impressed before the purchase with the excellent communication and then equally impressed with the prompt delivery, high quality, and awesome inflatable. Any feedback on East Inflatables?
We started our rental business 2 years ago, My research before starting was extensive to say the least. I set out to buy the safest and most durable inflatables on the market. After talking to many companies in China, I added East Inflatables to my list. We ordered 4 jumpers and one slide, after 1 year, my inflatables look as good as the day I got them, East Inflatables was the best place to purchase the products!

Beware they stole my deposit and never have me my inflatables
I purchased 9 inflatable from them in the end of October the beginning of November. I gave him half down for deposit, & I have not received anything and it is January. The promise was 25 days to finish production and around 15 - 20 days to ship. Then they have even started production of my stuff, when I try to get a timeline from him and when it will be done he has never answered me.Yasiru and Mr Kim are criminals. They will not refund me my deposit, and they were not even get back to me anymore. Does everyone know someone in China that can go speak to them let me know. I went out and purchased other inflatables from another company, so I could actually start my business.
This company is horrible, stay away, stay very far away.

Terrible Service
Have dealt with this company on a couple of occasions, First went smooth but second when I spent quite a large sum of money had the worst service ever. Ordered and paid for goods in January and did not receive until late September. After asking so many times where my goods were, I kept getting excuses. Finally when they did arrive in Australia was not told they were here and then asked to pay storage fees or they will be sent back. (They should tell you they arrive in the first place). One of products faulty and leaks -
would not deal with them again.

Don't deal with the thievin maggots
Bought and pain for a lot of products then day of shipping they demand $5000 for shipping I refuse now they don't talk to me refused to refund my money Id rather cut my balls off and eat them than do business with these parasites
