Dishonest billing practices
The credit / billing department is unaccountable and very rude. They sent technician to shut off my service even we made an arrangement for payment.
The billing is horrible and so much error mistake between meters.

I agree. The credit clerk is very unreasonable. they don't bother to look at the payment log and compared with the usage. The billing system is inadequate. The payment and the usage did not add up. It is a horrible mistake to do business with unreasonable people.

Horrible experience
This company is horrible. They don't return calls. The lines are always busy. They make promises they don't keep. I had to call three times to have them remove their tank. They charge ridiculous prices. Find someone else.

Total sham of a company
Eastern Propane has got to be the worst company I've ever done business with. One of their own employees told me to stop doing business with them. Deceptive billing practices as well as rude customer service representatives. If you have Eastern Propane as a propane provider and you have not had an a bad experience with them rest assured you will.
