I have applied 3 times in 10 years and I have always been approved .. this week I decided to rent to own a TV for myself as my husband left and we are trying to start over . After my application was approved , 30 minutes before my TV was to be delivered to my home the millwoods location told me they won't be going forward with my lease because of some one I used to see in the past whom is the father of my children and is still on our lease as he is paying our rent . I have given them all the information they require and am not being treated fairly because of the actions of another person ! Now they want me to go to the corporate location with 3 young children to dispute this .. this is ridiculous that's like me going to buy a new car and the dealer asking me if my husband and I are still together. . I asked them what I need to do to prove our separation and they will not give me any answers needless to say i have contacted head office and this is a terrible place for any one to go to if they are going threw a separation and looking to build a home .
