BAD SERVICE -HARRASSED CUSTOMER
Hi, just want an idea only because its our first time to evaluate and one of the employee in US recommend to use ECE as evaluator and they are fast in this kind of service, second WES if you have "D" in your grade, its fine to pay money but it should be worth it, please help, god bless you..<shadow>

I agree with this. One of the universities that I applied for evaluated my GPA as 2.9 out of 4. Guess what, ECE evaluated it as 1.96 . Can you imagine that. I was shocked.

Like many of you, I wish I've read that before dealing with ECE.
The reason I picked it is that they do not require originals and certified translations...Now I'm very disappointed. The service is far from satisfactory. They claim they sent me the evaluation on the 12 of Jan but I haven't received it yet. I had to request a courier to deliver my report to the institution. Again they told me they would give a tracking number but nope. So I'm not sure if it was actually delivered. I'm so very confused... And the trick is what they wrote in my report, we'll see.

Hello. I didn't have any idea about how a credential evaluation agency would be a scam. I mailed my high school transcript to Josef Silny & Associates Inc. today from outside of the US then I saw many negative comments made on maps.google and I was shocked!! It will be mailed within a week and now I am considering to cancel my credit card so they can't charge me, should I really do this asap??
Then now I learn ECE and WES are not trusted and scam too. So my question is which agency is better among the others from NACES? If any of you deal with a good agency and satisfied, PLEASE let us know so we'd learn which one to use.

ECE cannot evaluate my diploma because they cannot get the response from my University in Ukraine. They are not getting any response because they have no knowledge and resources to do the request correctly. I want to file a lawsuit against the company. Any idea how to do it? does anybody else did not have their diploma evaluated because ECE did not get the response from your schools?

Worse evaluation
Hi everyone! I am also one the recent victims of so called "ECE evaluation institute
". I have done medical school from India and I requested my transcripts and degree to be evaluated. Everything went well and I received my evaluation. I did not realize until I sent the evaluation to the colleges for application that it does not recognize my Medical degree for any U.S equivalent degree. It just said completion of 4 and half years of medical school and one year of internship. There is no f***ing U.S equivalent degree. And no college accepts this evaluation. When I emailed them they said according to "ece policy" our evaluation is correct and cannot be changed. When I called them and talked to the so called "director" of evaluation services she is like, sir its been more then 6 months you have to pay $60 to reopen your file. And then also their reply was f**king same. The ECE evaluations institute is fraud and have to be stopped from scamming students and playing with their career, time and money. Anybody authorized should take some legal steps against this ********!
