Dr. Kwan Mutilated my Eyes
I just had a consultation with Dr. Kwan on the 30th. He was very quick about it - less than 5 minutes, but I brushed that off. I called today to make an appointment for the surgery, and the receptionist told me that he said he didn't want to do it. He didn't give me any reason as to why, or even talk to me himself. After reading this, I am very glad I didn't have him to my surgery.

Dr. Kwan Mutilated my Eyes
My mother did a face surgery for him to remove the fat she had and to lift it. Also to fix the eyes.. all I can say is HORRIBLE ! It looked like he didn't do anything at all. He is very quick & short tempered about it. He does not do a lot of explaining and rushes you. His staff members lie to side with him. My mom requested and very strongly told him to fix it. He kept on saying that it was swollen and he did a good job. I beg to differ. Today my mom went in get it fixed by him, I strongly did not encourage it. I will go to pick her up later, and if the results came out bad...I will make his life a living hell. I wouldn't recommend surgery in general anyways.

Dangerous
This doctor hurts people.. Stay away. The internet is filled with rating sites that describe how seriously he has damaged his patients/victims.
