Fraud
Will NEVER use EDreams again. Booked flights to Dublin from Geneva (return) and paid in full online with 1 bag to check in. On return the airline told us that Edreams had not booked our luggage to be brought back and we were charged 75 euros to bring our case back. Edreams had sent us a breakdown of costs, telling us that 323.87 euros was the total cost of our return flight with Flybe but Flybe told us that in fact Edreams only paid them 235.24 euros (without a checked in bag). We have tried to contact Edreams, with emails and calls but no luck. WHAT A DISGUSTING COMPANY. Crooks. Should not be allowed to trade. I will be contacting WatchDog and suggest that anyone else who has had troubles (we amount to a lot of people) do the same and see this company closed down.
