Dr.
We never received a refund for being charged twice
for a room at Quality Inn Colby on 8/20/2017. One time
we were charged $96.47 by reservationcounter.com
and one time we were charged $70.91 by Quality Inn Colby.
We were told two times that we would receive a refund
but we never received a refund. We are not happy about
this.
We are not sure what happened. Possibly, our requests
were not correctly handled. Otherwise, Quality Inn and/or
reservationcounter.com cheated us.
Please consider this a warning to people who wish
to use reservationcounter.com or stay at Quality Inn.
