Employment Verification Scam

We've used them for 2 years and run a lot of background checks. Customer service is horrendous and rude, they charge for background checks we haven't ran and then argue that it's our fault. I know they're cheaper than what's out there and that's why we were attracted to them. As a normally reasonable individual, I'm still wondering why I fell for the oldest trick in the book. NO customer service, cheaper prices but overcharging makes it not so cheap in the end when you have to argue and count everything because they overcharge), and a website badly in need of a facelift.
