faulty equpment
my recent RMA #00097124 sent5/26/11 got the returned mini 7 ok ...but sharma the operator of eglobalwireless/support has since its arrival has kept it disconnected from your remote computer can you please help me in this matter or at lest lead me to some body that can ...may I refer this problem to a miss crystal watts. a big thank you.my e-mail add is [email protected] if you need to contact me.

RMA#00097124 was sent 5/26/11 recieved the return ok.BUT sharma has me disconnected with your remote computer. is there a way that she can be informed of my situation I've tried speaking & calling & going through the channel like EGLOBALWIRELESS/SUPPORT.COM.. and she avoids & disconnects me this has been going on for more than 7 mo this is arude thing on her part may some one help me get her to help me i've got nothing against miss sharma i, m a christian and i'd like my mini 7 working again.thank you for your time.

Rip Off/Scam
This site is truly a complete rip off!! I purchased 2 Android tablets for my children for Christmas. When I placed the order, "Brian" informed me the the tablets only came with 20 minutes worth of battery life and he suggested I pay $20 for additional battery life. This battery life should have been good for at least 3 hours. Well when the tarts arrived I powered them up to only see 20 minutes worth of battery life. I immediately call "Brian" back for him to tell me to let the battery charger overnight. Well I did that and the battery life was only increased by 10 minutes. So I then went on the website to contact their online customer support. It took 2 days for the online line customer support to email me and ask what was I using the tablet for. I told them it didn't matter what the tablets were used for and what did that have to do with the battery life? They emailed me back with a phone number to contact "Brian" for a refund. Well, the direct number he gave me to "Brian" and of course the number didn't work. I've tried to reach the several times afterwards, left several message with no return call. On two days after Christmas my daughter is not able to power the device on. I now have to find a way to replace both tablets so my children will have an enjoyable Christmas.
