My husband bought me a bracelet for our anniversary in September from egrove jewellery shop. I wore the bracelet for 20 minutes and it broke. I contacted the company, sent them pictures and then paid for it to be returned. I made sure that the order number was on the package as well as in the return box. Several weeks later I called the company and gave them the tracking number. It is now mid November and I have still not received my replacement or even an email acknowledging that they plan to send one out. The customer service line never picks up. At this point I either want my replacement asap, or a refund for both the bracelet and the return shipping cost. Just thought of sharing this information with all.

When I first purchased this fridge from egrove, I got it in one store for a good price. So quickly I called to see if I could cancel the first one, yes, I could so I purchased the second one. On the way to my home and the store it was dropped and the freezer door was bent and the freezer froze everything that was not to be frozen such as the door on the freezer it was froze closed. I tried to have it replaced and they were going to replace the fridge then the store got a new manager she decided to have it repaired. I wasn't happy because I purchased a new fridge undamaged and that's what I wanted. She send a repairmen from a company that did not regularly do their work. And that's actually what he did he fixed it and we've not had any more trouble with it. All and all it turned out o. No one had been able to figure out what was wrong with the fridge. And it's really a horrible experience.
