Customer Service and Tech support

Buying eMachines then complaining about it is like buying a car with bicycle tires on it then complaining about how often you have to change the tires. They are known industry wide for providing the cheapest products through zero quality control, contract support, and extremely limited warranties that generally will leave you paying for the repairs. If you bought 6 of them and 3 are still working after a year then you pretty well got what you paid for. Personally I stopped assisting anyone with an eMachine about 5 years ago because it was a complete waste of time IMO.
