Scam

I had purchased a computer from this guy, and before I even received it, a man named Mike emailed me and said that he wants his money for the computer other wise he will not ship it, but it already has been one month since I made the order. Besides, I made a total payment in the first place, so there was nothing I owed him.
Now I have to file a case against emachineredeemer.com for not sending me my product and stealing money.
