Deceptive business practices

Outrageous! Members voted for a Special Meeting to discuss our legitimate concerns with Club Intrawest's takeover by DRI & its aftermath. Now the Board has set the date (June 18/2016), time, location & a 2-hour limit for the meeting AND monopolized the Agenda without any input from the Members! A 15% Members' presence (or Proxy) will be required for a quorum, otherwise the Meeting will likely be adjourned before it begins. You would think that the Management Contract sale, Club's name change to "Embarc", loss of HGVC, new website integration to Diamond, etc. would appear on the Agenda ... but no, "Sales", "Brand Communications", etc. are. So the Board is going to filibuster for 115 minutes then allow Qs & As?
