Emco lacking in customer service

Purchased two 10 series Andersen/emco doors in May of 23 installed in June. Contacted my supplier in June with pictures of the closer rubbing the finish off the rain cap. Crickets for two months. Went by my supplier yesterday was told that the photos were sent to their rep following receipt in June. I was told by the supplier that Emco does not respond to suppliers that I should call myself. Contacted them yesterday and was given the runaround. After threatening to call BBB and my attorneys general they must have thought throwing parts at me would make me go away. They emailed shipping list with some closer parts. These people must be brain dead, the parts being sent do not address the scar around the lock set caused when the holes were drilled for the lock set. The parts do not address the finish being ground off the rain cap by the defective closer, I guess they don’t look at the picture? Maybe they are blind? Their complete lack of customer service from their reps to their corporate is stunning, how on earth do they stay in business? I regret buying Andersen/Emco
