Poor Quality Brackets

I have purchased three Emco Storm Doors 400 series for my home, The Jam Bracket Arm is junk. The metal that it is made of is so thin that if a slight breeze catches the door, which does not have any stops on it, will bend and then the door will not close properly. I have called service which replaced it once for me but will not replace it again. The doors are only a year old.
I purchased these doors with the understanding they were made of quality material. Unfortunately they are not. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this door unless they are in an area where there is absolutely no wind at all or you install something to stop the door from opening too far. Otherwise you will have the same problems.
