this is a fraus and people who work there are con artists! Stay away!
Don't deal with them, don't invite! They will make a mess at your place and steal your money - this happened to me and my wife! They are liars and scams and many bad complaints about them in the internet! People beware, don't trust them!

Don't do it
We rented from Emily's Rentals in January of 2016 and moved into the house February 3, 2016. Our deposit was $1400.00. I have an email from an employee at Emily's Rentals that included pictures of the carpet after it had been cleaned and they stated they would replace the carpet where the bleach stains were from previous tenants. We lived there from February 3, 2016 to June 26, 2017 and the bleach spot is still there. We gave them a 30 day notice to move out, along with my husbands deployment orders to break our lease. We were told over the phone, they would send us an email stating what needed to be done to the house before we moved out and what time our move out inspection would be. They never emailed me a list or a day and time of move out inspection. My husband called, they told him move out inspection would be June 24, 2016 between 1:00pm and 5:30pm which was on a Saturday. I cleaned the house and mowed the yard and made sure everything was nice and clean before we left. We called Emily's Rentals on June 24, 2016 around 3:00pm to make sure they were still coming. The employee told my husband they do not do move out inspections on Saturdays and we would have to reshedule. We notified them my husband was deploying Monday June 26, 2016 and I was leaving the state, we would not be able to schedule a move out inspection. I dropped the key off Monday June 26, 2016 and gave them my forwarding address, my physical and mailing addresses. They told me they had 30 days to send my deposit. I called August 7, 2017 I believe and they told me I had a balance off $11.00 and something cents. That almost all of the $1400 deposit was used. I specifically said "I only have $11.00 out of $1400.00?" She said "yes ma'am". She named off all sorts of charges that my deposit was used for including a re inspection fee, yard mowed (even though we mowed the day we moved out and the day we moved into the house on February 3, 2016 the yard was awful and I do have pictures) and many other charges. I asked for receipts of everything and copies of everything emailed to me. She said they do not email but she would mail them and she repeated my forwarding address back to me, which was correct. I received nothing in the mail so I called them August 15, 2017 to ask where my $11.00 check was from my deposit and why I hadn't received a copy of the receipts. She then tells me, I owe them $11.00 and that I will not be reviving an $11.00 check from them. She said she mailed the charges to me and repeated my forwarding address to me which was, one again, correct. I complained I had not received anything saying what my money was used for. She then said she would scan them and emai them to me as soon as she got them scanned. Now it is August 22, 2017 and I still have not received anything from them. I asked for the owner to call me and of course I have not received a call.
LONG STORY SHORT: YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. 4 other couples have had the same problems, I'm sure many other have as well.
