Scared they will lose my money

THE WORST BANK EVER
I agree, Emirates NBD is simply the worst bank i have ever used. I open an account and request a debit card and credit card, They issue me a debit card assigned to a female account and i an unable to use online banking because i am a male I get passed to many people that are suppose to fix the problem and 3 weeks later i finally have the correct car. It took them 2 and 1/2 months to issue the credit card because some lazy person that really don't care about doing his job calls my employer 2 times and both times it was busy so they just decided not to call anymore. Applied for a personal loan that they advertise takes 2 days and 2 weeks later i am still waiting. Is it safe to trust them with your money when failure is an exceptable excuse for any reason something is not completed in an acceptable time. I don't understand how they stay in business, Am I an exception to the rule or does this happen to alot of people?

worst bank ever
i have very very bad experience with Emirates NDB credit card section, I am totally eligible according to their criteria, they did field visit also, my salary is 6000 according to there requirements, everything was positive but they talked with a marketing guy for verification in the office and he gave wrong information due to which they rejected my application but at least they should listen and see the documents of the applicants they are very rude, none cooperative and nonsense people i have ever experience in banks. The Salesman told me that your case is all positive but they will not accept now because they have self ego??? what the hell kind of employees are there???? i am going to close the account with then and will which to mashreq bank. my advice to people they are just making us fool dont trust them dont open account or apply credit card with them simply waste of time.
