poor and horrible service
Please avoid to use Emirates NBD bank if you dont want to experience extremely and horrible service. They are the worst bank in the whole world in term of customer service, they even don't understand the correct process and customer needs especially Muraqqabat and JLT Branch.
Extremely poor service.......

Bad Service, Keep on delaying, Sent wrong CC statement, Poor Technical support
The worse ever bank service I facing right now with this bank. Using Go4It CC since dec,2017. I convert some amount in to installment basis, this happen twice they send me the wrong statement, like the amount I need to pay higher than I purchases I made. In jan, 2019 i face this issue, later they fix it after 1 full month of follow-up, yes in the end they reverse the charges (late payment fee, billed finance charges) because this is their mistake & technical team fixed it from back end.
Now this time they send me wrong CC statement in aug,19.
I paid full amount of July statement which was 5756 but it saying in Aug,19 statement that i didn't pay that, now they sent me statement with extra of AED 3451 of billed finance charges + late payment fee & total amount around 13K, irrespective i made a purchase of only 4.4K.
and I am lock the complaint 4 times, out of which they close 3 without proper reasons & comments, Till today, it is more than 2 months, I am still following up for this issue to be resolve, this also effect consecutive month statement also. I am calling them after every 2 days but everyone of customer care executive they sent request with high priority.
But, later nothing happen, no update.
If you (ENBD) are reading this, don't play with people's hard earning money. Fix your system, fix the system glitches. I using citi bank CC also, never face such issue since 8 years. But with ENBD, within 2 year, happened twice.

Horrible unethical bank
This is the most horrible bank to work…
This is the most horrible bank to work with. The employees of this bank are the most arrogant in the whole world.
I am closing all my relationships with this bank asap after working with them for five years as HNI customer.

As usual horrible banking enbd.... customer service kept me waiting for 30 mins... dealing with NO ONE. When I went to her all she was doing was WhatsApp. Unbelievable. That’s why I have allready stopped working with them longback.... hate them
They are good in rolling eyes.... unprofessional answers etc... next five years they will go down. Will short their stocks.
