Disgusting service
Worst bank ever! Worse than my old bank in a 3rd world country. It has taken more than 5 days for an international transfer to clear, just another money hungry not giving a crap about the customer bank! Floating my money for profit when I urgently need it, they do not care about customer needs at all.

Worst banking
Their Customer support and customer care is 0/10. I made my credit card payment on May 31, 2018 and same day i was charged for a duplicate account. I called and made a complaint they said your payment will be refunded with in next 2 working days. After 2 days I received a call from bank, they named that call customer verification call. And I was told payment will be done in next another 2 working days. 7 days so far I have recieved no payment refund or no release of my account. I made 5 compaints yet.
I tried to write to central bank compaint department, that is another funny story 80022823 attends your call and drop. I tried 7 times to call to Central bank’s customer protection department but all 7 time call was picked and dropped while email is undeliverable. This is the worst experience of banking I ever had and I have no idea for how further long my money will be held with bank.
I suggest to stay away from this Fraudulent bank.

extremely poor and horrible service
Please avoid to use Emirates NBD bank if you dont want to experience extremely and horrible service. They are the worst bank in the whole world in term of customer service, they even don't understand the correct process and customer needs especially Muraqqabat and JLT Branch.

Worst bank ever!!!!!
I went on a vacation for less than a month i came back to find that the bank issued cheques without my signature that leads to get block in the etihad credit berrue for more than a year that cost me to loose more than 90 thousand AED and when they tried to correct their mistake they offered me 1000 dirhams as a reimbursement for my lost
Dont be taken by the huge marketing that they are doing

Credit Card Fraud
I had some fraud transactions done on my card almost to an amount of 25,000 dh. I report to NBD customer care within 30 minutes of the transaction.
When I try and get a response from the bank only details I get is automated emails that the emails is received. Also customer care says - It is in progress. No Details. Nothing.
I also get specific reply to say - We dont call back customers.
This incident happens after their sales department sells me a life time free credit card. When I receive a card - It was different card which was not free. I complain then I get another card. When I complain that the sale person has given me a different card - I get response that the form which was filled up was for another card. And we are not aware of any issues.- Why was a different card sold - Is the agent getting commission on selling multiple cards ?
This company will not help you even if you losse millions. They dont know the meaning of customer support. There will be no call backs. If there is call back from complaints department, it will be to say - We are not aware of anything and we dont call back customers. The only response customer support can give you that - It is in progress and automated emails.
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. BEWARE.
