Failure To Deliver Credit Card Statement

One of the worst banks in the UAE. I requested and called them at least a 1000 times but they couldn’t even deliver a single credit card statement which is a bank’s basic job. The IT department as a whole should be fired because and here’s the most funny part—- they can’t even send an email on the right registered email address, they charged my card for paid statement which I haven’t received as of yet. I lost a auto loan transaction because of this small issue. If a bank is incompetent to this level that they can’t even generate a statement on time let alone takes a week to even figure out, charge you for a manual statement and than sent it to the wrong email to start the process from scratch!!!!, worst worst bank ever!
