Unfair Billing Practice
Interesting find! Also from a diffrent state EMP sent A BILL TO COLLECTIONS without billing me. Ater going back to them and asking them to resubmit. The insurance company wanted proof of the original submissions and follow up. Not alot to ask for I thought. EMP said they could not provide proof (such as a confirmation of fax). So I remain in collections until this is settled with ill affect on my credit report and multiple daily phone calls. Once settled I am told it still may remain on my credit history. Oh, here is a Ha Ha... I had 2 full comercial insurance policies!

Who are these people?
Who are these people? I have no clue to who or what this EMP OFCHICAGO LLC. I looked on my Credit Karma report and there it was. I can not recall of owing this place anything. I do recall receiving a call from a Continental Finance Debt Collector, but was unable to get any information from them. They had my name and cellphone number, but when I ask could they tell how they got my name, I was told they could not give me any information without me telling my name, address and other personal information. I have been a victim of another scam so I was being cautious. So not that it is on my credit report, I will be disputing this charge. I'm still puzzled on who this is. I pay my bills on time, so I could not figure this out, until I look them up on line and saw others were complaining about them also. Thanks

Billing practice
I did not receive any bill from EMP. Now I have a negative credit due to their unfair collection practice. I assume they think they are above standard business practices because they are work in medicine. Bill paid in full waiting for it to be removed from transunion and Equifax. Not holding my breath as I never want to see one of those physicians again. I'm sure they're not having any problem paying off their student loans.
