avoid these people

I had a car of mine get damaged by another driver set up a rental one week before car went in for repairs at enterprise the pick up driver was45 mins late get to enterprise and they tell me that five years ago ii reported a car stolen that I rented from them they give me a number to call I leave a message call the insurance company we decided to go to another car rental. at the mean time there account officer calls me back to say the same thing and tell she needs to do a research and she will call me back. so I told her we where going through another car rental she tells me there is a no car rental list on my licence so I can not rent a car any where. 30 mins later she calls me back to say it was in another state with the same licence number she lefted the no car rental off I free to rent then they tell me I have to wait another hour for them to clean a car up, after waiting 2 and a half hours for this mess that was no my fault. the vechicle they give us smells of animal pee and smoke the insurance company tells us to turn it back in when we get there my husband tells them he did not like the way they treated me .she is arguing with him so I say we can go through another rental place she says you need to do that cause I do not have another car they did not offer us a ride we walked home 7 miles both of us have to take off from work tomorrow to get another car and walk another8 miles to get the car, needless to say we will no longer be doing business with enterprise period again I do not recommend anybody to go through them, I have never been treated like a dog and embrassed by a company in my life and I am a business woman too, and would never treat my customer the way I was treated.
