They are a scam!! I too ordered from them on November 12th - no order, no one answers their phone or e-mail! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, Visa and letting as many people know as possible.

I placed an order Oct 20 and as of today, my order has NOT COME AND they have only responded to one of my emails back in Nov. saying the exact same thing "arriving in our warehouse"!! NEVER order from them. I disputed charge with my credit card company too! Any just like the other comments, when I called the mailbox was full! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible company! They should not be allowed to sell anything! I have been waiting over a month for a bathing suit that I ordered. I have called for days only to get a recorded message saying " the voicemail box is full" I have sent several e-mails to absolutely no response! Even though they say they will respond within 24 hours.. I too will have to take this up with my credit card company to try and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! I'm an avid online shopper and have never had any problems with online shops before - being the cutthroat environment they are in, competing with site with amazing customer service like asos and shopbop. However, I guess my luck ran out with enviius... I cringe even writing their name. Long story short, I asked for a refund the next day after purchasing and they refused and said they would give me a credit note. Took forever for the credit note to process, with me emailing them incessantly every day (don't even bother calling their number, as it goes straight to a message that says that their mailbox is full... obviously there's no one answering phones there). Upon receiving the credit note, they withheld both shipping (even though nothing has been shipped) and HST from me. HST! Are they even allowed to not give back a government tax when I didn't even end up purchasing the goods?!?! In total, they stiffed me over $35 cdn. They claimed they kept both shipping and HST as "restocking" fees. I'm fuming... are they even allowed to do this?!? I've never encountered something so blatantly sneaky and underhanded before. I'm calling my credit card company.

Brutal customer service
Enviius featured a lingerie sale in the weeks leading up to Valentines day. I read their shipping policies prior to making my order so I would be sure the stuff I ordered would actually get here in time. Not only did it not arrive in time for Valentines day, they hadn't even shipped it by then. I called and emailed, and when I finally got a response back, I was told that the time they took to ship my order was "perfectly reasonable". That was after I had sent 4 emails asking about the status of my order. My subsequent emails have been ignored, as has the voicemail I left. With all the other great online shopping sites out there, I wouldn't bother with a company that doesn't even care enough about its customers to respond to emails.

Goods never received
I have placed 2 orders with this company. The first was a coupon code for Indi Jeans. They charged me for the coupon but also for HST which I would then have to pay again on the Indi Jeans site. Additionally I was charged a $10 shipping fee (to email a code?!?!) when the coupon included free shipping on the jeans. It took a little over a month of emails to convince them to refund both those fees but in the end, the money was refunded. Since they were responsive, I kept checking them out. I finally decided to order a Burberry scarf on Feb 2, 2012. It is now April 10 and I have not received my merchandise. The phone system indicates that the mailboxes are full. I have emailed directly from their site with no response and have sent a follow up email indicating if I do not receive a prompt reply I will call my credit card company. Needless to say, I will not be using this site again.

Enviius- worse online company
I placed an order with them and I had to same problem as other customers. No response to inquires via their "contact us" link and the "mailbox is full". Their mailbox has been full for over a month because that is how many times I tried calling. If you are thinking of ordering Christmas 2012 gifts, I would suggest you order now and if you get lucky, you may get it by December. I will never use this site again.

I too placed an order back in March and have yet to receive my purchases. Made numerous attempts to contact them ( via email and phone) and no response. My inquires have obviously fallen upon deaf ears and as usual the mailbox is full.
Does someone actually work there?
Whomever is responsible, I hope you are taking notice of the numerous complaints clients have been making.
Get your act together, start replying to clients' inquiries and start shipping stuff!!!
I, just like many other consumers, have no time nor money to waste.
Btw, your mission statement should definitely be revised!!!

No issues here!
I have ordered many times from this site - mostly jewelry - and I have had no issues. My orders were delivered quickly. They did "short ship" one item. I did email them but they refunded me right away and also gave me a $10 credit in my account because they couldn't ship the one item. It seems like they are growing and having a hard time keeping up with the volume but overall they have been decent to deal with.

Great Service for me
I have never had an issue with Enviius. Their customer service has always answered my email inquiries efficiently. All my orders have arrived in an acceptable amount of time. I will continue to be a customer with them!

Never received my order
I orderd a Versace handbag in Oct I have not received it yet I have called many times and e-mailed the company there response was it's coming from Italy I noticed that the sale went on again in Dec for the same handbags this company was quick to take my money and are giving me the run around saying that the order is in canada and It should be coming, smonthing should be donw about this Enviis web site we need to contact a attorney this should not be happening to everyone< Please do not order from this website you will lose your money its a scam.

Ordered earrings which said they were worth over 900.00. I paid over 200.00 and they looked like junk. I complained and they offered me $10.00. I cannot believe they are still in business. They scammed me. I found out they are a Canadian company and my credit card not only was charged the 200.00 but also a fee for exchange of money. What a rip off they are. I wish there was something I can do so they would be put out of business. They should be prosecuted.

I ordered a handbag in Nov 2012 and we are now in Jan a week away from Feb I have called and e-mailed the company site about my order they keep telling me it's in customs in Canada so what ! then please the courtsey to give a refund or even a store credit, I am so upset that they are getting away with this we all need to complain and tell everyone not to purchase anything from this site they are terrible PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL REGRET. I am so mad this order was for my daughter for christmas she wanted a Versace Handbag it never came and get this the next month is was selling on the site again.

Shady dealings
This is the worst business EVER. Do NOT deal with these clowns. It is a complete scam. I paid for a Louis Vuitton Glazed Monogram cross body bag on March 13, 2013. 15 business days later, the product was not received. And, this according to their website guarantee. Had to follow up with the company, who only then informed me that their vendor had short supplied them -Really? So when would you have reached out to me to tell me this??? Was then told that they would issue a refund as soon as possible. Waited another 2 weeks for said refund and nothing. Had to follow up again, and was ignored. Finally emailed yet again, & was replied: "sorry, we're extremely swamped...you have been placed in queue for a refund & we will get to you as soon as we can". It is now April 30th. Enough is enough. These clowns are holding onto MY money, with hardly an ounce of concern to reverse the charge of $361.82, which can only take a few miliseconds!! Called my credit card company & the charge was reversed instantaneously! Now that's doing business with you. I know of NO other company who advertises a product that they DON'T have in the first place, make you pay for it, hold off on telling you you won't even get it, & then make you wait and beg for them to refund you!! Oh, but they're really sorry. Yah. So am I. Sorry I ever did business with you!

did not receive merchandise nor refund
I ordered a dress from enviius july 5th, 2013. I never received the dress and received an email stating that they would not be getting the dress in and would issue a credit. I've never received the refund, I've called and the phone number is no longer working, they've sent me 2 emails telling me i'd receive my refund soon and still haven't received it. I've contacted the better business bureau and now I'm filing a complaint with my card I used. I will never order from them again!

DID NOT RECEIVE MERCHANDISE NOR REFUND
I ordered a handbag from enviius.com, after 5 email attempts to find out status of order, I received an email stating that item was short shipped and that they would process a refund. i've email at least 25 times, tried calling, number is out of service and then posted problem on their facebook page. That got their attention. Stated they would refer me to customer service immediately.Of course, I didn't get my refund "immediately: Posted on their facebook page that referring me to customer service meant nothing since they have no customer service. Well, I assume the owner of Enviius immediately changed her facebook page so that you could no longer post your experiences dealing with that company.. Still no refund. I've posted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and numerous online complaint sites. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS NOT A SITE YOU WANT TO ORDER FROM.

Took Money But Never Shipped The Item!
I ordered a handbag on on Enviius' website on August 14, 2013 and the company deducted $70.99 from my bank account the next day. I never received the bag, so I e-mailed Customer Service on September 10, 2013. On September 18, Customer Service informed me that they were "short shipped by our brand partner" and that they would issue me a refund. I have yet to receive that refund. Their 888 number no longer works and my e-mails are not being answered anymore. This company is a scam!

Goods were never received. It's a rip off!!
This online private sale website is a SCAM!! A pure rip off!!! Please stay away from it.
I ordered a few items from it last October 2013 and guess what... I've never received any of my items!! My credit card was of course charged immediately and at check out they promised the order would ship in 2-3 weeks which never happened. I called them 3 weeks after to realize that the number on their website was an unprofessional and personal voicemail, not that of a company. Then I decided to contact them via email and a lady responded a few days later saying she has not yet heard back from the supplier and will re-contact me shortly with more information. Then nothing. 2 weeks later I contacted her again and no response. I sent a couple of emails in January. No response. I tried once more if February 2014 to find out that the customer service email did not work anymore. My email bounced back as it failed to be delivered to the same email address I had used many times before. I have not yet given up and I want my money back. I will keep trying. I made a few research lately to discover that they had many complaints logged against them on multiple websites and at the BBB that I wished I had read before I purchase anything with them. Please keep your credit card away from this website. The products they display are tempting but you will not get them. So be aware once again!!!

Ditto to everyone else!
After having great success with other online companies I never thought to research Enviious before placing an order - fatal error! What a nightmare. After weeks of not receiving my order I began emailing and calling. Emails were not responded to and the phone number did not work. Thankfully I was able to put a complaint through my bank and of course Enviius never responded. I was recently credited the amount I paid. What a hassle. They need to be shut down. I wish the best of luck to those trying to receive a refund.
