Horrible customer service
I placed an order in February (after reading the fine print on delivery which stated 5-10 business days). Since these were birthday gifts I estimated 4 wks for delivery. I didn't get my order until 7 weeks after I placed the order. I repeatedly tried calling their customer service within a 2 week period and all I got was "mailbox is full". I sent several inquires via their website "contact us" and never once within the 7 weeks was my complaint ever acknowledged or my questions answered. This company is the worst online site I have ever used and I wound never recommend it to anyone. They should not be in business.

Returns
I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit. I sent an email as per the return instructions in their website. When I did not receive a response after a few days, I sent another email. I followed up with a telephone call, only to get the message "mailbox is full". I sent another email. Since the return policy says that items are to be returned within 15 days, I mailed them back. I have sent several emails since they received the shoes on August 8. I still have not received any response to my emails and I am not able to leave a telephone message because "mailbox is full" every time I call. I'm wondering if I will ever receive a refund.
