They will charge you more and more until you will try to cancel everything but it will be too late. They are big frauds and will stop at nothing.

card will expire in November 2013
I want to inform you of my card expiring in November 2013 and will be needing another card. Your customer service line is not being answered. I have been trying to call it for a month now and no one will answer. To verify that my address is still the same and a new card can be issued.

Hacked child support card
My card was hacked into and I was not notified about it by the company, this isn't my first time having issues with them, they never answer the phone and after a hour and 45 minutes I had to hang up becuz I had to pick up my kids from the bus stop! So nothing was fixed! They constantly have fees taken out of my account and I don't approve of them being taken from me! This is a state government child support card and the money is supposed to be for the kids and not the company to steal from them... I'm looking into finding a lawyer about this problem with eppicard... That company should be shut down!
