My money was stolen from the card

Someone has been stealing money from my Eppicard. When I have contacted the customer support, they made it look like they were trying to help, but I still didn't receive any information on who actually been using my card, and how. I have to maintain an investigation myself in order to find out about it.
Eppicard is useless and bad! Not only to they have low card security, but they can't even help you to get your money back!
