I just want to let you know Do Not Ever Order A Birth Certificate from EXPRESS VITALS. They are a Fraud. They are charging you $49 to act like you ordering a certificate from the Government. Plus you will never receive your time when they say. They have no control over that. It is up to the actual Dept from that state you are getting your Form from. I spoke to A Supervisor he was Rude and no Help. I suggest you stay away from this sight. They will never give a refund...Ever!
