DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE
If you are unaware what going on with this company – you better check! They have lied to so many people! So many are left without their money! It is my recommendation as someone who had already had to deal with them – to stay away as far as possible from them!

Mike Jones and his company.......what can I say? He has owed me commission for over a year now. He is a liar and a thief. Do your research before you work for him or especially if you are buying from him.
He runs employment ads all over the country for sales people, using the Aflac model. Hire as many people as you can, get a little production out of them, and when they leave he gets the listings. Equip has probably had hundreds of sales people since its inception and not one current employee has been there for more than a year. Also note that he is based in Florida and most of his employees are out west.........the farther away you are, the less chance of repercussions from the disgruntled ones?
Do not buy any equipment from this company unless you speak to the owner of the equipment. He lies to buyers all the time.

Not Worth the Consideration
I worked for this very poorly run company for a number of years and frankly, I don't know how it is able to stay in business except that it makes its appeals to the unsuspecting. Fewer than 5 sales reps out of 120 reps make more than $20,000 in any given 12 month period! People go out thinking they will make a six figure income because that is would they are lead to believe until reality hits. The work is hard and is devastating to personal income because it is straight commission and the bigger companies in this industry are cleaning up the heavy machinery because they are paying their reps a very good salary. As a former manager, it is my opinion this company is one to avoid at all cost. Take a job with Burger King or Taco Bell before you make a decision to work for this company because you can at the very least have a pay check coming in.
