just another junk company
Beware and don't buy from this company! I bought mobiles for my family and I regret a lot! They sold me cheap junk instead of high quality mobiles and then refused me in an exchange and refund. This company just cheats people with fake offers!

purchase of mobile home
purchased a mobile home. was told several times by the office manager that the roof was sealed and the ac serviced. four days after sighning the lease i noticed a crack in the living room wall. i brought this to the managers attention who told me to cover it with spackle.i never moved into the home.i was paying the monthly lot rent. however last spring i was two weeks late when i went out to the office to pay the lot rent and the late fees the office manager had clue what i was supposed to pay. so i paid what i had been paying . next day i was served papers i was being sued for eviction. from the time i noticed the crack in the living room wall until i was late with the lot rent i had an inspection done the inspection showed the roof had never been sealed it is the original roof house is sinking off the foundation. this company will lie just to make a sale.

THEY OWE ME MY SECURITY DEPOSIT
Purchased a mobile home (FISBO) in 2015. Paid Equitylifestyle $1144.00 as a security deposit. Sold home on 2/28/2018. Took paper work to office asked when I'd get my refund. Was told in approximately a month. Month came and went along with many more. I made several attempts to get them to refund my money via trips to the office and e-mails all of which were ignored. Finally contacted a real estate attorney who sent them a letter demanding payment within 30 days and also siting that the did not notify within the specified time frame as to why I wouldn't receive my refund. This was done in January of 2019. NO RESPONSE. I NEED MY MONEY.
