purchase of mobile home
purchased a mobile home. was told several times by the office manager that the roof was sealed and the ac serviced. four days after sighning the lease i noticed a crack in the living room wall. i brought this to the managers attention who told me to cover it with spackle.i never moved into the home.i was paying the monthly lot rent. however last spring i was two weeks late when i went out to the office to pay the lot rent and the late fees the office manager had clue what i was supposed to pay. so i paid what i had been paying . next day i was served papers i was being sued for eviction. from the time i noticed the crack in the living room wall until i was late with the lot rent i had an inspection done the inspection showed the roof had never been sealed it is the original roof house is sinking off the foundation. this company will lie just to make a sale.
