Mugshot removal companies still successfully extort you

After ignoring my initial request and then over-replying by email, text and phone, we asked them to cease & desist as we were not interested in their "services". We continued to get harassed, so posted a negative review on facebook, which gained some traction.
Rather than apologising for being unprofessional, they trolled each facebook review comment and, after a back and forth with them where they consistently used colorful language (and middle finger emojis!), they (Bryan Powers, self-declared owner) proudly smeared and defamed our names online.

Erase Mugshots = Net Reputation = Guaranteed Removal = FRAUDULENT EXTORTION

Do not hire this company. They will do more harm to your name and reputation online than they will do to live up to their promises and help fix it. My wife paid over $2,000 to have EraseMugshots.com help remove a few old arrest links. I was told that it would be complete in 1 to 2 days. After 2 weeks had gone by and nothing, not even one image or arrest page had been removed from the search I started to call the company trying to talk to the sales guy that sold my wife and I a bucket of lies and false hopes. Well I couldn't even get a hold of this guy for another week, even though he never hesitated to answer or immediately respond to my emails prior to us paying him to perform work that they did not perform.

Later on I found out that EraseMugshots.com goes by several different names that are not even real registered companies. Why do you think they do this? Is it to trick innocent and unknowing consumers like I once was?

So stay away from EraseMugshots.com, NetReputation.com and GuaranteedRemoval.com - it's all run by the same hoodlums.

After cutting my losses with and giving up completely on this shady firm, I found another company that offered to do the same work for half the price and actually followed through and completed the work. While I'm glade I was able to help my wife finally get this taken care of, the outrageous price difference makes me think that the above-mentioned sites are even more shady.

Mugshots Removed!

I desperately needed my mugshots taken down online and found this company. Thank god I did. I live in a small town and everyone knows everything about everyone. My mugshot was plastered all over the internet and as a successful real estate person this would have destroyed my career. Erase Mugshots had all of this taken down within weeks. I am so thankful for them.
