Just got scammed out of $100.00
I went to this site by looking up free tax filing. After it was all over and my return - which I couldn't print out a copy of my return,then when I did get to print out a page I thought was my return, turned out to be the charges for this "Free filing". What a ripoff.
I want my money back. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get my money back? Diane B. in Jacksonville, Fl.

Definitely not free!
Thought this was a free filing site (except for the bank transfer fee of $39.99), but a total of $132.00 was taken from my refund. When I called to inquire, I was told that it should have been "apparent" that they charge $60.00 just to use their site (it's on page 3 of their Terms and Conditions), so it's "buried" somewhere in their Terms and Conditions. Will NEVER use Etax again! I don't care for companies that use underhanded tactics to get business!

Complete blind side I pay the taxes tag owed $93 and charge $51 what a scan called twice and let you waiting from over an hour said to get a ticket support thru the web-side and it give you a phone #. It should be a law to ban this type of website.

E tax planner a fake site?
I have made payments regarding my Tax year 2016 to Etax planner's.
I haven't heard from them after my payment was made.
Can someone please let me know if you know anything about them?

Etax is a scam
Not only was I ripped off for $99.85 on filing for free. They lied to me stating that they sent my refund back to the IRS.

Hi Everyone,
Please don't go to ETAXPLANNRT in any case. It is worst service I have ever seen. Before paying the money they called thrice every day and when I try ask the update on filing, they are not evening responding to my email. When I called them they don't have the details what is going on. ### service. DONT GO HERE.

Etax is rude, nasty and is not free
Etax is not free. Charged me $49.95 and made errors. Called customer Service ( A joke ) They were rude and nasty and said I made errors, asked for supervisor ( A big joke ) and I am certain it was the same person. I am looking for someone to complain to. Been on social media to shout about Etax.

NO FREE FILING
Is there a way to contact this company by phone? No success in finding contact information. I was charged $89 and also thought this was free. I certainly think everyone deserves to be reimbursed due to the false impression of free filing.
What a underhanded thing to do to so many people. Disgusting.

Etax is a scam
I went into "My Free Taxes.com" and apparently Etax hijacked the website and charged me $95 from my tax refund and deposited the remainder in my bank account. I called them 718-275-3829 and they were very rude and lied. They said that the website gave me an opportunity to put $29.95 on a credit card which the website did not say that or I would have backed out of the website right away because it was supposed to be free. I am a retired senior on a fixed income. BEWARE.

Not happy
I have used 2 other tax sites of the past 15 years and this one is the worst tax site yet. I will never use them again. I never had to pay the irs until today so I paid etax $45.00 (which the said free until the end) and now I have to pay the irs. DON'T USE ETAX.COM THEY ARE A RIPE OFF.
