Illeagal completion of jobs without being officialy hired

This happened to me too. They ran my credit card for $500 over original price. I never agreed to have them do the work in the first place! I HAD TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT I WAS GOING TO GET TWO MORE BIDS!
I came home from work the next day, and the tree was cut down!

This Company does not go out onto a property to perform any type of tree or shrub service without a written contract, which the Arborist presents to homeowner prior to scheduling a crew. Evergreen Tree Care is the largest tree preservation Company in the Northwest and has been in business since 1986. They have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over ten years and have an A+ Rating.
