Avoid excella card
Stay away from Excella and their card! Their boss (ms. Lopez) is not helpful at all and even rude! They informed me that if I don't use the card for 90 days they'll charge me a fee - and they charged it. Much later then 90 days causing me to go into overdraft. Beware!

I received A text informing me that I have strange activities on my card. I checked and I did so they suggested that I cancel the card . They said I needed to provide information on because my address has changed . They told me to fax informed to 855-882-8740( customer service) and 855-532-8180 (investigation department. ). I did as requested . I faxed NYC ID , bills, copy of excella card both sides, and contact information. The investigation department obtained the copies they requested for and made the changes in their system but customer service department (Anna) kept telling me to 📠it over and over . Even after I increased it by 200 and enlightening the documents. I felt she was very unprofessional and taking advantage of her authority. It felt as if I was being robbed again but by the excella company. She told that I can't get my money until the copies are readable nor will be able to get a card from the check cashing place to transfer my money to, but how was the other departments able to read it makes changes to my address . They have mailed me information regarding my account and contact me. I have been with excella card for at least 10-years or more. I am being refused my money and ways of getting it due to Anna and team.

Worst card company
Excella card service is the worst, they deactivated my card without even notifying me. When u call to ask the reason why my card deactivated they stating fraudulent activity. Since wen purchasing stuff from Amazon and Wal-Mart became fraudulent? The staff are so rude and not even helpful all they tell u they can't do anything and to go purchase another card. Why would i use your service again when u don't value your customers, they sucks big time.
