DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
After you place your order for a birth certificate they inform you by email that you must send them a notarized letter proving who you are. If I could easily get out of the house I would've just gone down to the courthouse and picked up a birth certificate myself. Now I need to find a notary? they do not give you any refunds no matter what. Do not use this company, you will be very disappointed. I wish I had of read all these bad reviews prior to ordering with them.

Bad customer service
WARNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXPRESS VITALS!!
They are a SCAM!! They are rude, have horrible customer service, and they will hang up in your face!! I called to place an order to receive a birth certificate for my husband. After l paid $109 dollars, they told me that l have to pay extra to get a paper notarized, which was an extra $56.00, in order to get the birth certificate.
At first, I called and talked to a lady who kept saying that she couldn't hear me over the phone then she hung up. After the fifth time of calling back and getting hung up on, l finally got a rude guy who said that he was the owner of the company. I wanted to know why l had to pay extra money, to get a notarized signature. He said, "That's how we do business, don't you know how business work??? Then started mocking me, called me stupid, and started singing "We got your credit card" over and over again!!
I felt so disrespected, and cheated. I'm also concerned that they got all of my husband's personal information, including his social security number and my credit card!! I am going to get a lawyer, and contact the Better Business Bearu!! This company should NOT be in business!! They are a scam for sure, and l think they operate out of their house!! So beware!!!

Fraudulent people with pigs as customer service
This company or whatever are so fraudulent,full of shithole people with rude and bullcrap altitude to customers,nobody should acquire anything tru this stupid animals,shithole stupid pigs
