I wasted 3 hours trying to transfer some funds into my credit card
I wasted 3 hours trying to transfer some funds into my credit card - they kept transfering me from one person to another, put me on holds, disconnected me etc. Beware of this company.

Overcharge on bill
On my latest statement, I am charged for FBO Benefit transact S; Fidelity Life Associat and Assurant Health. (I had that insurance previous but that was cancelled in July and I paid July fees in August. Why am I being charged for something I do not have. I did call the Customer Service back in July and advised them of the cancellation and they were supposed to put a note on that. I did call on 9-17-2013 and the person on the other end at Customer Service did not understand what my question was and transferred me to "Disputes". I was on hold for 10 minutes and had to hang up as I was at work and my time was up. I will not pay the charges and I will contact the Companies involved AGAIN that I did cancel my policies so they cannot keep charging me for something I do not have. Please let me know ASAP what the correct balance is. Thank you, Kim Carteaux
