Very bad response and product quality, once you place an order their site says will be delivered in 15-18 business days.
We ordered the product on26th Jan and reflected it on 23rd Feb and till then there was no response from their team ever you call that would just say, its under processing. We had ordered a small coffee table and received it in a normal wrapping (with few scratches inside) from a courier company who denied to assemble it and from fabfurnish team no body came you assemble it. We had to assemble it on our own. The hinges and bolts provided to assemble were also not sufficient even after assembling the table it not sturdy and would break completely with a little pressure on it. Whenever we raise any complaint in their site, they open a case and close it after few days without any customer reviews and nobody even bothered to call once.
