Have her dispute the charge with her bank and contact the wbsite address associated with the phone number. Filing with the BBB and FTC is free. Also, posting your personal contact information on this public website may result in your bank account being drained.

I gotta ask. How would Facebook even have access to her account?? A Facebook account is free and does not require a banking account to start, so I am puzzled about this

I see someone is really busy with my account i see more unauthorized chargers on my facebook on December 29 & 30 I appreciated if these chargers can be remove from my card ending 2393. thank you

Facebook disabled my account without any specific explanation
They disabled my account too - I had over 2000+ photos and had been a member since 07..
No explanation was given, nor have I received an email from their 'contact us if you feel your account was disabled by mistake' or whatever it is.
Anyways, did you ever get a reply back? At this point I just want my photos.
