Difficult to reach

Facebook makes it literally impossible to SPEAK to anyone! Even on their web site finding the answer to a problem or a place to file a complaint is like trudging through the jungle.

I finally found the page where I can file a complaint and to get a refund. Their response was (paraphrasing) "We've received your complaint and will respond soon. Meanwhile, go to yada yada for more help."

I am SO angry with Facebook! Like most social sites, including Yahoo, there is literally NO way to actually speak to a flesh, breathing human being.

If you get an email from someone on face by the name of Richard De La Font or Anthony Dickson, they claim to be facebook employees with the facebook lottery and tell you that you have won and extreme amount of money and they all you have to do is pay a small fee. Well the first fee is $500 and the second fee is $20,000. They will even tell you that they will help you obtain the money to be able to get your winnings. Well they have been helping my brother and so far have sent him well over $60,000 that he in turn had to turn around and send it to Nigeria. Now mind you none of the $60,000 was my brothers own money it is money that they have collected from other people and sent to my brother to send off. Well he was only suppose to have to send off $20,000 to get his winnings and send off another $20,000 for our winnings. Well it has been over a year now and nether one of us has seen our so called winnings. Facebook is so full of shit most of the time. Don't trust anyone who claims to be from facebook. I have even tried to get ahold of a lady who was on the news and is suppose to work in the Facebook office by the name of Petra Mueller and she has not answered any of my messages. Don't trust Facebook
