Inconsistency w/judges on answers
Episode aired 9am on Fox 50, 1/22/18. Question was: Instead of cleaning it, name something a man might spray cologne on? (asked of 100 women) One family's answer was: "his room", which was incorrect. The tie-breaker answer from the OTHER family was: "bathroom". The judges said, "Be more specific". They replied, "towel" and lost the game and a chance to continue on. This is outright discrimination and definitely inconsistency, to say the least! Why did they not ask the first gentleman, that replied with "his room" to be more specific?
I believe this discrepancy should justify bringing the losing family back on for another chance to play. It is not fair to let one person say "his room", basically a blanket statement, then ask the opposing family to "be more specific" when they say "bathroom". I have seen more than 30 incidents whereby the judges continually make poor and/or discriminatory / inconsistent decisions. Can you not instruct or train your "judge" or "judges" and reinforce the need for consistency and/or clarity in such a manner that they (judges) remember / work in that context when making their determination or ruling on an answer? So far, the families have always been respectful from what I've seen, never "blurting out" such things like, "you didn't ask the other person to "be more specific" when they said "his room", etc. With our nation continually falling prey to greed and "unChristian like" conduct, it is important to be consistent, etc. so as to keep people from filing lawsuit(s) against Family Feud.
I know that this will probably never get any attention from the "powers that be", but I did want to voice my concerns and sadness in regards to this one particular episode.
May God Bless You and Sincerely Yours,
Kathryn Moore
