They went out of business, and left us without a warranty
After we installed new windows, after some time we had a problem with them. The employee of the company came to fix it, but he needed to take a part of the window as an example, and told us not to touch it until he comes back. We’ve waited for a week, and the called the company. We found out that this company went out of business, and we are stuck with a broken window and no warranty!

Fanelli window ripoff
While i was sitting here listening to the wind blow through my relitively new fanelli windows, I decided to call them, only to find they are out of business. Consumers should have some recourse in these situations.
