Uncontactable - no goods
I placed my order and I got it nearly two months later. It was not exactly what I ordered.
Horrible experience!

Disgrace I would not recommend anyone to use or buy from this I paid for express delivery for 3 xmas pressies and my order is still pending, yet they took the money straight away. They haven't even had the decency to email or call me about my order. They should be shut down

Same problem as ever one. Ordered canvas on 29/11/2011 from Groupon. Now told on 04/01/2012 after a lot of e-mails & and a phone call & broken promises of when Christmas present with be delivered 7-10 days. and by looking at review sites they seem to be advertising on other discount sites whilst having a back log of orders.
I have field in a online watchdog form. It only takes less than five minets. The more forms sent in the more that can be done.

Exactly the same - held in a queue for more than 5 minutes got to caller number three and then transferred to voicemail that couldn't accept anymore messages! Disgusting. KGB should have a screening process for rip off companies such as FASTCANVAS just looking to make a quick buck in the Christmas period...

Woohoo thanks Paul!! Just had a conversation with Peter he's expeditated my order now and given me a £150 voucher to spend on another canvas, which he said he'd push through if I text him the order number of that canvas. I told him I'd be just happy to have the first one but I might try another as well!

Fast Canvas Prints
I've ordered over 3 months ago & been chasing weekly. The phone line rings out & there is never a response. I have even been emailing for a refund request with no response. I would avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely disgusting

The company has made a lot of money, from the number of deals I've managed to find for the company and including their postage charges they would have made almost £200000 only from KGB deals where almost 10000 purchases have been done, easy money for some, I actually bought 2 vouchers in December and still waiting no contact what so ever

Me too! AARGH!!! We bought a deal on Groupon in January and have heard nothing since. No answers to numerous emails -when we did get through on the phone they promised us our print but that was over a month ago. Their website is still going and it looks like you can still order a print. So where is ours? I would like to know where Groupon stand on this as they do not seem bothered. Has anyone had any luck with them ?

I bought mine via KGB and decided to wait til near the expiration date to order. Ordered 7th January. After a couple of texts / emails I finally received a message from Rebecca that it would be processed. The next day another it was expedited and the next day ready for dipatch. Received it last week. A little flimsy cmpared to other prints I've purchaed but for £8.49 who's complaining.
Anyway just noticed they are advertising a deal TODAY on WOWCHER!!!

Your contract is governed by the Distance Selling Regulations which covers some contracts which have been concluded by means of distance communication e.g. telephone, internet, mail order etc. Under these regulations a trader has up to 30 days in which to deliver goods to a consumer unless specific arrangements have been agreed on. If the goods are not delivered within 30 days you may consider the contract automatically cancelled.
SEE INFO I RECEIVED FROM TSS ON A DIFFERENT DEAL.Once the goods have been delivered you have 7 working days (day 1 is the day after you receive the goods) in which to ask for a full refund (including delivery charges), unless the goods are exempt. Exempt goods would include perishable items, personalised items and any orders for a specific date or time, such as travel, accommodation or concert tickets.(Cancellation is deemed effective from the time of posting.) If the trader has not provided confirmation of your cancellation rights, you have 3 months and 7 working days to cancel. Alternatively, you can cancel at any time before you receive the goods and claim a full refund. Any refund should be issued within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
At this stage you should formalise your complaint by sending a recorded delivery letter, giving the trader 14 days to respond and making your position clear. If the trader does not respond to this letter with a satisfactory remedy, you should send the trader one more recorded delivery letter. This time giving the trader 7 days in which to respond, making it clear to the trader that this is your final letter before taking further action.
Sending letters by recorded delivery and keeping a copy has more impact and helps to prove that you have been reasonable. Please follow this link http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Diol1/DoItOnline/... (or copy and paste it to your browser’s address bar) to see our templates letters

Stil at it, new Company Name
I wish I had known this beforehand...
This Peter Toye is at it again. Fast Canvas Prints was abandoned, and Your Image on Canvas has replaced it.
I fell into the same trap as most of you - ordered via a voucher site, and then paid more directly to YIOC for postage and finishing on canvas.
I ordered 13 November 2012, waaay before their Christmas delivery deadline. I'd ordered a 2nd canvas about 15 days later.
Nothing arrived for Christmas. Emails unanswered, other than waiting 8-10 days for standard bulk response. Calls go nowhere - I used my business phone to call and sit in their queue - 126 minutes and it was still unanswered, yet my position in the queue would apparently change (up and down!).
Eventually, I received a canvas last week. It was the 2nd order. It has a large, very obvious blemish on it which would have easily been noticed with even the most basic of quality check. No reply to further attempts to contact them.
They have stopped taking Paypal as a method of payment. I can only assume they lost too much from refunds last year. Now you MUST pay via Moneybookers/Skrill. This seems to do nothing for the customer other than place a barrier between you and the company.
I have traced the payment to Toye Graphics Limited, and Peter Toye.
I am in the process of barraging their facebook and twitter. I have also contacted the voucher site, because quite frankly it is their fault for endorsing the company in the first place - they obviously hadn't done their homework, and have led to many people being scammed. By the look of their facebook page, it's a lot of people (they are even deleting people's comments off FB!).
However I also happen to have managed to find out, that his company registered address of 15 St David's Grove, Eskbank, Edinburgh, EH22 3FG - is actually still inhabited by his family. I wonder what they think about their son's business escapades?...
I don't live very far from there.
Maybe they'll be more helpful if I turn up at the door with my order details, crappy canvas, and demand my money back? I'll see if I can arrange for someone to film it, might be interesting...
